Lynsey has over 20 years riding experience and now spends her time coaching the RPEC instructors and competing her two warmbloods in the dressage arena. Lynsey's passion for empathetic riding led her to found Ravens Park and make it the wonderful place it is today.

Raised with horses, and with a background in retraining brumbies and natural horsemanship, Michaela loves sharing her knowledge as an instructor. After the birth of her first child, Michaela now deals with the admin side of RPEC and is probably who you will hear from via email! 

After years of honing her riding and wrangling a particularly cranky TB gelding named Bear, Hayley began her career as an instructor. With a passion for dressage, you can often find Hayley training the school horses or competing her warmblood, Cuba. Hayley is now proud to be the Head Instructor at RPEC. 

A dedicated rider and self proclaimed perfectionist, Gemma is both an excellent instructor and administrator. RPEC shares Gemma with the local RDA where she is a volunteer coach. In her spare time she can often be found competing her palomino Nala, on a leisurely trail ride or keeping Lynsey on task, which is a lot like trying to nail jelly to a tree.

Elise has a background in marketing, which she puts to good use here at RPEC as well as instructing. Remy and Flynn, Elise's two huge geldings keep her busy in and out of the competition ring, as well as volunteering as an instructor at the local RDA. Elise is passionate about all of her students and enjoys watching them progress through the RPEC levels.  

You can never have too many Elise's! A passionate and fun loving instructor, Elise spent years teaching riding in Sydney before moving to the Sunshine Coast and joining the RPEC family. Elise's creativity and attention to detail also make her perfect as our Camp Coordinator. Her love of all things outdoors means our students are never bored when camps roll around!
