The lesson program at Ravens Park Equestrian Centre is second to none. All of our riders start their journey with us in one on one, private lessons. All students are taught using our specialised curriculum, including but not limited to;

Students are assessed along their journey with us to ensure progression, although no formal time frame is enforced. We are strong believers that all students learn in different ways and at different speeds, so you can be assured that our instructors are flexible and engaging in their teaching styles. It is our goal to produce skilled, safe and fun loving horse people, with an emphasis on horse welfare and empathetic riding.

We teach all ages and abilities from 2 years old and above, with a few minor exceptions; we cannot offer therapeutic riding experiences (though often find that neurodivergent and other disabilities are able to participate in our normal lesson program) and we have a weight limit of 80kgs.

Weekly Lessons
Half Hour Private Lesson - $65.00
Hour Lesson (please note all hour lessons involve some off horse skills) - $95.00
Hour Duo Lesson (only available to Silver Level students and above) - $75.00 per rider

Our terms run for 10 weeks, in line with the public school timetable. If paying in advance for a full ten week term of half hour private lessons, the discounted cost is $585.00 per rider. If more than one rider per family is participating, the second rider will be billed at a discounted rate of $485.00 per term.
